They have been extremely helpful in providing an excellent photographic service and guiding us through all the processes of holiday letting, and how to make the best of your property. Nothing has been too much trouble and they were very supportive during the Pandemic despite being hugely under pressure themselves. We anguished for quite a while before deciding to let out our guest cottage worrying it would be an intrusion and questioning whether it would be worth the hassle. Now, two years in, we wish we had done so earlier. Cotswolds Hideaways handle everything from marketing and bookings to health & safety requirements and cleaning. If something needs sorting urgently they have a bank of suitable service providers on hand. The occupancy level is very good and their clients seem to be lower maintenance than other agencies meaning minimal wear and disturbance. We also have flexibility to book the cottage when we have our own guests and CH’s housekeepers ensure it is spotless for them as well.
