It's panto time!

For many of us lucky enough to live in the Cotswolds, Christmas just isnt Christmas unless youve been to the Chippy panto. This year its Robin Hood and it runs from now until 10^th January. It may be provincial but the offerings at Chipping Norton Theatre never disappoint; always highly entertaining and staged in innovative ways theres a relaxed performance as well as adult only shows for instance and you can pay a little extra to tour both stage and set to see what really makes the show tick a brilliant treat for kids. Local celebs (PM included) have been known to pop up in the audience which adds a certain frisson for some but the emphasis is on good old fashioned family fun. The fact that the theatre is supported almost entirely by local people is evident in the affection in which it is held and we can guarantee that once youve been, youll be absolutely charmed. Never ones to miss an opportunity of seeing men in tights, we'll obviously be there and its an easy jaunt for guests staying in Kingham, Stow-on-the-Wold and surrounding villages, Bourton-on-the-Water and Shipton under Wychwood if thats you this December and you dont want to miss the fun, wed advise booking now oh, yes we do!
