The Foodworks Cookery School The Foodworks Cookery School is another stylish, comprehensive cookery school which offers a great range of courses for both beginners and more advanced cooks. From cooking Italian and Indian to raw cuisine, youll enjoy professional instruction in a welcoming, friendly environment and come away with some wonderful new skills under your belt. Prices are reasonable and theres also the opportunity to book private lessons if youre visiting in a group. Where to stay: Elgin is a short drive away from Foodworks, and sleeps 4 within a stylish barn conversion to give you somewhere to relax after your course. There's also a spacious kitchen area - perfect for practicing your new skills! Thyme Thyme is a well-known Cotswold retreat which is home to one of the most reputable Cotswolds cookery schools. Decked out with modern facilities, there are plenty of wonderful courses on offer. Sharpen up on seasonal cooking skills if you're looking to host Christmas this year, or try their cuisine-led courses including Flavours of Tuscany & Umbria and Flavours of Thailand.
